Lupo Devices is a minimal, privacy-conscious newsletter. We deliver updates with zero noise. Our newsletter is powered by phpList, an open‑source email management system hosted on our own infrastructure.

When you subscribe, we collect only the information you provide voluntarily:

Name – to personalize our emails (optional in some configurations).
Email address – required to send you the newsletter.
Subscription preferences – such as list ID and signup date, managed by phpList.

We do not collect any sensitive personal data, and we do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or behavioural profiling on this newsletter subscription page.

3. how we use your data

Your data is used exclusively for the following purposes:

To send you the newsletter you requested.
To manage your subscription preferences and ensure email deliverability.
To comply with legal obligations (e.g., proof of consent).

We never sell, rent, trade, or transmit your personal information to any third party. Not now, not ever. Your data stays with us and is only processed to deliver the newsletter you signed up for.

Your data is stored in a database on our hosting provider's servers within the European Union. Access is restricted to the newsletter administrator and protected by password authentication. All connections to our subscription and preference pages are encrypted in transit using HTTPS. We retain your data only for as long as you remain subscribed. Upon unsubscription, your personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days, unless legal retention requirements apply.

Unsubscribing is simple and immediate: Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click removes you from the list permanently. You can also contact us directly (see below) and we will remove you manually within 48 hours. No spam, ever.

7. phpList & data processing

We use phpList as our newsletter management tool. phpList stores your name and email address in a database on our own hosting environment. We have configured phpList to:

Not use any third‑party tracking or analytics.
Send emails only to confirmed subscribers.
Honor unsubscribe requests instantly.

Because phpList is self‑hosted, your data never leaves our infrastructure. No external email service provider (like Mailchimp or SendGrid) is involved in processing your personal information.

8. no cookies, no tracking

This newsletter subscription page does not use cookies or any form of web tracking. We respect your privacy by design. The only data we see is what you explicitly submit through the form.

We do not share, sell, or disclose your personal information to any third party, except where required by law. Our website may contain links to external sites (e.g., social media), but we are not responsible for their privacy practices.
